Terms and Conditions & Site Rules – Kaisergarten RV Park

Access is restricted to motorhomes and road-legal vehicles.
Caravans are only permitted for waste disposal and water refills, or in exceptional cases for a few days with prior registration and approval.
The use of a pitch is limited to a maximum of 7 days per vehicle. Longer stays are only permitted by prior arrangement and with written approval.
Standard road traffic regulations (StVO) apply throughout the entire site.

The site must be kept clean; all waste must be placed in the designated bins.
Fresh water refills and waste water disposal must only be carried out at the designated service station.
Chemical toilets may only be emptied at the designated station.
Draining dishwater or greywater on the pitch is prohibited.

Use of the pitches is at your own risk.
No liability is accepted for damage caused by weather conditions (e.g., falling leaves or branches).
The site may only be used by vehicles with valid third-party liability insurance.
The site is under video surveillance.
Commercial activities, sales, or exhibitions are prohibited.

Maintaining order and treating all facilities with care is mandatory.
Dogs must be kept on a lead; please walk them outside the site. Any waste must be removed immediately.
Grilling is only permitted with an electric grill, provided it does not cause a smoke nuisance. Open fires and charcoal grills are not allowed. Fire extinguishers are mandatory.
Note: In the event of prolonged dry spells or an increased risk of forest fires, the city or local municipality may issue a ban on grilling and fires. In such cases, grilling on the site is prohibited.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM. Please keep radios, TVs, etc., at a moderate volume at all times.

The pitch must be left in a tidy condition upon departure.
Unpaid pitch fees will be pursued; additionally, a service fee of €45 will be charged for each vehicle owner identification request.

Operators or their representatives may remove individuals from the site for violations of the site rules if safety or order is compromised.

Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before the booked arrival date.
For cancellations made within 7 to 0 days before arrival, a partial amount may be issued as a voucher, depending on the time of cancellation.
In all cases, a processing fee of €10 will be deducted from the refund amount.
All cancellation policies are a voluntary gesture of goodwill and can be decided individually by the operator on a case-by-case basis.
