Terms and Conditions\/Site Regulations<\/span><\/h1>\n

Terms and Conditions & Site Rules \u2013 Kaisergarten RV Park<\/h2>\n

1. Access & Usage<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Access is restricted to motorhomes and road-legal vehicles.<\/li>\n
  • Caravans are only permitted for waste disposal and water refills, or in exceptional cases for a few days with prior registration and approval.<\/li>\n
  • The use of a pitch is limited to a maximum of 7 days per vehicle. Longer stays are only permitted by prior arrangement and with written approval. <\/li>\n
  • Standard road traffic regulations (StVO) apply throughout the entire site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Cleanliness & Disposal<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • The site must be kept clean; all waste must be placed in the designated bins.<\/li>\n
    • Fresh water refills and waste water disposal must only be carried out at the designated service station.<\/li>\n
    • Chemical toilets may only be emptied at the designated station.<\/li>\n
    • Draining dishwater or greywater on the pitch is prohibited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Electricity & Generators<\/h2>\n
        \n
      • Generators are prohibited for environmental and noise protection reasons.<\/li>\n
      • Electricity is available via the paid power bollards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        4. Liability & Safety<\/h2>\n
          \n
        • Use of the pitches is at your own risk.<\/li>\n
        • No liability is accepted for damage caused by weather conditions (e.g., falling leaves or branches).<\/li>\n
        • The site may only be used by vehicles with valid third-party liability insurance.<\/li>\n
        • The site is under video surveillance.<\/li>\n
        • Commercial activities, sales, or exhibitions are prohibited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          5. Conduct & Consideration<\/h2>\n
            \n
          • Maintaining order and treating all facilities with care is mandatory.<\/li>\n
          • Dogs must be kept on a lead; please walk them outside the site. Any waste must be removed immediately. <\/li>\n
          • Grilling is only permitted with an electric grill, provided it does not cause a smoke nuisance. Open fires and charcoal grills are not allowed. Fire extinguishers are mandatory. <\/li>\n
          • Note: In the event of prolonged dry spells or an increased risk of forest fires, the city or local municipality may issue a ban on grilling and fires. In such cases, grilling on the site is prohibited. <\/li>\n
          • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM \u2013 6:00 AM. Please keep radios, TVs, etc., at a moderate volume at all times. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            6. Departure & Fees<\/h2>\n
              \n
            • The pitch must be left in a tidy condition upon departure.<\/li>\n
            • Unpaid pitch fees will be pursued; additionally, a service fee of \u20ac45 will be charged for each vehicle owner identification request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              7. Right of Admission<\/h2>\n
                \n
              • Operators or their representatives may remove individuals from the site for violations of the site rules if safety or order is compromised.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                8. Cancellations & No-Shows<\/h2>\n
                  \n
                • Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before the booked arrival date.<\/li>\n
                • For cancellations made within 7 to 0 days before arrival, a partial amount may be issued as a voucher, depending on the time of cancellation.<\/li>\n
                • In all cases, a processing fee of \u20ac10 will be deducted from the refund amount.<\/li>\n
                • All cancellation policies are a voluntary gesture of goodwill and can be decided individually by the operator on a case-by-case basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
